By far, Derek Morgan and Penelope Garcia have my favorite TV friendship. They are so completely mismatched, yet so wonderfully perfect.

Penelope was always fascinated by computers and technology. She always knew that her career would one day be completely focused on computers. She also liked to help people, which is how she discovered exactly what she wanted to do.
She became the Audio/Visual Technician at BAU Headquarters in Quantico, Virginia. It wasn’t hard. Technology came easy to her. Penelope met Derek Morgan. He wasn’t just hot, he didn’t just have a wonderful personality, oh no. He was confident, and one day, to get her attention (not knowing her real name), he called her ‘Baby Girl’. The nickname stuck and they became best friends. Then, they dated. Soon after, they were married.
